Administration -Implementing a new benefit plan can
be complicated. Model works with your Human Resources Department to facilitate
all aspects of benefit plan administration and communication. Client
services managers are available to answer questions about benefit plans and
assist with enrollment and termination of employees from the plans. |

Problem Resolution - As group benefit consultants, it is our
responsibility to help resolve issues and concerns with carriers, especially
in the areas of billing, enrollment and claims. At Model, we enter all issues
into our client service tracking system and track them until they are
resolved. The client receives ongoing updates on the progress of the
resolution. |

Problem Resolution - Helpline Model
consultants are also available to help your employees. Employees can ask
questions or address specific issues regarding the benefit package by
calling our toll-free Employee Hotline at (800)
491-5629. (If the situation is based on medical
diagnostic issues, we advise members to call the health plan directly). |

Semi-Annual
Plan Audits - Sometimes,
carriers change. At Model, we review our clients’ benefit packages every six
months, evaluating the billing and enrollment of each plan to ensure the
carrier has updated information. |

Communications
Assistance & Customer Service - Our
specialists can assist in the development of any employee communication
involving the benefits program. We are also available to visit your site(s)
to review of any outstanding issue or concern with your employees. |

Alert
notifications & Quarterly Newsletters - Good communication is
paramount at Model. We make sure our clients have up-to-date Information on
any changes that may affect their benefit plans. We also want our clients to
feel good about their benefits program. The Model quarterly newsletter is
